The company was established by Drs. Moshe Flugelman and Basil Lewis in August 2000. It is based in the Lady Davis Carmel Medical Center, Haifa, Israel.

The company's two leading products, MultiGeneAngio and  MultiGeneGraft are at advanced stages of  implementation in the clinical setting. Phase I study of MultiGeneAngio will be performed in collaboration with the  University of Michigan Medical Center in  Ann Arbor, MI and  Penn University Medical Center, in Philadelphia, PA, USA.
